Your Chameleon - Ambilobe panther chameleon , female I think , about 2 months not sure on age , I've had her for 3 weeks
Handling - 2 -3 times a week to clean cage
Feeding - feeding fruit flies primarily and trying to get her to eat crickets but no luck I'm gut loading the crickets with bug burger and carrots apples and lettuce
Supplements - calcium w/o d3 everyday and herptivite once a week
Watering - Hand misting 4 times a day and a home made dripper , I do see her drink
Fecal Description - Solid brown orange then white , never been tested for parasites getting it done this week though
History- n/a

Cage Info:
Cage Type - 22 gallon all mesh reptarium
Lighting - 50 watt zoo med basking bulb and reptisun 5.0 linear bulb
Temperature - 82basking spot and 77-74 ambient temps
Humidity - Humidity 40%- 50% when misted 70 %
Plants - Fake plants
Placement - empty room and stand
Location - South Florida

Current problem -
For the last 2 days she has been closing one of her eyes and keeping it shut , I've seen her open it randomly but then shut it real fast again , and she's still eating and drinking , any ideas ? I'm trying to get a picture just don't want to stress her out

Its not unlikely that she may have got something in it, brushed it against something that scratched or poked it. Try showering for a good amount of time, or heavy misting.

He may be discomforted by the spraying, but just make sure you use hot/warm water, and put it to him. It may seem mean at the time, but it will be very beneficial for him

You are welcome :) I would be interested in what uvb bulbs you are using, light schedules etc, ambient and basking temps. Sometimes lighting has a bit to do with eyes staying closed. The list goes on, from a scratch, stuck shed, etc

I'm using zoomed reptisun 5.0 and light schedule 12 on 12 off I put the lights on at 10 n off at 10 , basking temp 82 and ambient 77-72

well...hmm, not your lighting/schedule. Sounds like your right on the money for a young cham. I would stick to the misting like you have been. You may need to give it a day or two more to see if anything changes, however, if it stays awhile..the dreaded vet visit may be in the making.

Is he cup feeding? Does he get free range crickets?, being such a small little guy he may have been chewed on a little at night while asleep. Its not uncommon with all age chameleons, sometimes free range crickets turn the tables and become vampires of the night :p ..sounds silly. Just another possibility for a estranged eye
