finally decided that im gunna get a carpet chameleon, cant find anythin on viv sizes, all ive heard is they dont like glass vivs(why) & do u still need all the same lighting& heating as all others, any advice from anyone who keeps these would b greatly apreciated.

i dont keep carpets but alot of people bash glass enclosures, but being that you are in the uk there def, are some advantages to glass such as easier to maintian temps and humidity.
you will need the same lighting and heating, you will just adjust the temps. i would think low 80's in the basking site and 70's ambient.

If you have any experience with Furcifer Paradalis (panther), Furcifer Lat Lat (carpet) can be kept using the same temp and humidity requirements. Basking spot of 85. Cage size can be quite a bit smaller using 16x16x24 for a single adult carpet. They are about the size of a small female panther when full grown. For breeding questions you should PM dooley1 (Kevin Stanford). He is the carpet whisperer. Hope this helps.
