Heating and Lighting Help ....

I have been reading through the forums and have gotten lots of great information. Too much at times which has left me confused. I have a female veiled and she is about 2 years old. She has laid eggs 3 times now since I got her as a baby. I have her in a "large" screen enclosure with a Pothos plant for cover and climbing. I have the monsoon water spray system and a double dome light set-up. I have read that they have sensitive eyes so I have always stayed away from bright lights for heat. I am using a Exo Terra 13w UVB 100 5.0 compact bulb and a Exo Terra 100w Infrared basking spot for heat. I have a digital thermometer close to where she sits and use a infrared laser thermometer to check areas of the enclosure. I will add a pic of the actual set up soon as it has changed with all the info from here.

What am I missing??? Cant seem to get the temp right and I dont want to blind her......

Any advise would be great and thanks in advance

Not sure where you read that but, any light you can find pales in comparison to the sun. I always go the brighter the better, as long as it does not overheat the enclosure. Throw the infrared bulb away, and put a light bulb for heat. I personally like halogen spot lights for heat.
