Heat Lamp Reccs

I have been using a Flukers heat lamp with a 75w bulb on a timer. The bulbs would go out every 4-6 months and now with a fresh bulb noticed the dimmer doesn’t work and it will not turn off on its own to tossing it. Opening the lamp dimmer up for a look, it’s also on a switchboard which is not good.

can anyone recommend a better made heat lamp please?

Bulbs are rated for hours of use, they don't consider heat or power surges. Old fashioned Mechanical timers are hard to find now. Don't think it's the heat lamps fault. Dimmer switchs wear out too. but switchboards don't like heat either.
