Heat bulbs

What are some good heat bulbs from home depo or Lowe’s not tryin use ones from the pet store way to pricey specially when they die so quickly ? If you guys could send links please

Any old-style power-sucking household incandescent (NOT LED) lightbulb or flood (NOT spot).
IME, halogen floods may also work, but they tend to run hotter than std. household bulbs.

If you're in Cali, you may have to find a friend to buy some and ship them to you.

You can't necessarily just link to one. Finding the right bulb for your enclosure depends on many variables, and you may have to try several wattages to find the one that works best for you to acheive the desired temperatures. Once established, unless you redo the enclosure, that wattage should work from then on.

Ok... well any bulb that says incandescent not LED, will be fine, I had to play around with wattage until I got the temps right.

But i switched to this style and they last much longer, im still on the orginal 10 pack from 2013, and run 3-4 at the same time. But you have to make your own socket/strip:
