Heat Bulb lasted 3 months?

I went to reptile show just before covid and got Reptibreeze setup. I replaced UV light with Arcadia. Now I am looking at this and Mr. Green has no heat. Things fail too easily. What should I use? Veiled cham.

For heat any incandescent light can be used. I have had terrible luck with the "specality" bulbs produced buy ZooMed and the like.
Most use BR30 flood I believe.
