Heat lamp needs to go off at night. No heat or light at night. You need to know what supplement you are using. For a young cham temps need be no higher than 85-so yours are too high. Ambient temps should be low to mid 70's.
Heat goes off at night??? I thought they need to maintain heat levels:confused:

awesome thanks for the info but i cant seem to understand why she looks stressed right after i changed the coil uvb to the reptisun 5.0?

I would assume the fixture is different-so any change will make them suspicious for a few days.

Gotcha and one other thing, i took my cham out today for some well needed rays and i was wondering how long can i keep her outside and can i keep her out there too long?

While chams are outside they need a shady spot to retreat to if they get too hot and plently of water. They can stay out all day as long as they have shade and water and the temps aren't 100 in the shade. Wind is another thing to consider and you may need to block it if it's too strong. You will see them go from basking to shade periodically. Watch for other animals and keep them safe. :)
