This is chet my new veiled I have had him for about 2 weeks. I just wanted to make sure he looks good and isn't sick. I was also wondering if there is a way to make him like me more. I haven't tried hand feeding yet because I can't get myself to hold a bug. (Which is really stupid). I have been holding him once a day for the past 2 days and he seems like he likes me a little more every day. Thank you for any advice.

From the pic I really can't see anything that jumps out as bad, but the pic isn't real clear. Is that his enclosure he is in if so it looks a little bare they like lots of leaves, and vines to feel secure. You might want to give him time to settle in also before holding him so much. It takes patients, and time to earn a chameleons tolerance of you. Good luck:)

I have a couple plants and a fake plant. From how I took the picture you can't really see them. And I'm trying to be patient for the holding, right now I'm just getting him to stop hissing at me everytime he sees me put my hand in his cage, which he has. So I will stop holding him as much and try to hand feed more to earn trust.
