Health problem - please help

I don't think you are being ignored, I think it is that no one has the answer for you, myself included. I would have said it was normal coloring with just an odd patch, but I am not certain. I have seen fungus patches on here, but that looks like healthy scales. I hope you get to the bottom of it! Has he eaten anything else.?

Thank you for replying

Oh I didnt think I was being ignored. As you suggest I thought that no one had any useful information for me to help with diagnosis.

I posted here to help increase the chances of someone who might be able to help stumbling across my thread.

He has actually eaten a couple of insects today. He has had a morio and a dubia. Im checking temps throughout the day and will check the min temp tonight as I think it could be some kind of infection resulting from the dramatic drop in temp experienced where I live.

I know you never said you were being ignored, that is just what I was thinking! I commented on your other thread and I remember a chameleon with a fungual infection that was yellow(not as bright as that) and it was effecting the spikes also. I cannot say for sure that is what it is. I don't want to you alarm you. I would say it is a possibility though. Search the the threads and see if you can find the one I am talking about. Look under health clinic. Hopefully one of our vets can give you the liklihood of what is going on. He looks like a beautiful chameleon!
