having a problem getting the humidity level up

you can calibrate them at home its ez to do, its the digital ones that are junk most cases... if they cant be adjusted/calibrated then not worth a damn. You can take a 3.00 hygrometer and calibrate it as close to any certified 200.00 hygrometer in 1 day. Problem is ppl just toss them and dont realize how easy it is. The companies should put calibration instructions with the dial versions.

Thermometers are usually pretty close to accurate its the humidity that varies for some reason.

yeah i saw the post about the digital ones being off... im in the process of calibrating my analog meter just put it in the bag about an hour ago and its up to about 65% humidity... so well see where its at at the end of the day. i noticed a small flat head screw in the back, im assuming that it must be adjustable then, so thats good. i have a dripper, and the habbamist going... im not a huge fan of the Habbamist, but i bought it a long time ago and cant return it. once i get paid this weekend ill go down and get the monsoon. after doing a some research, i dont really see much difference between the monsoon and the mistking, besides the monsoon has a resevoir where the mistking doesnt, and the mistking is more expensive.
