Having a bad day..

So I emailed Screameleons last night because I've been tracking their website for a while. I'm on the market for an Amilobe. I'd really like a blue bar, or red and blue bar mix. They were very nice in the email and informed me that they have a little guy right now. He is both red and blue bar. He is handsome as can be and I want him so badly! I'd had money saved for months to get one. This month a few things popped up that I had to take care of. I have half of the money but can't come up with the rest for another two weeks. I know the little bugger will be gone by then. It's so extremely hard to get a specific Cham online from them. They sell the second they put them up. He is a little bit older than I would like but I fell in love with him. I'm going crazy right now! I feel like a crack addict trying to get money. I was even thinking of things I could pawn. Lol. I'm just SOL I guess. Poor me.

I bet they'd let you put a deposit on him that's what I did with my Cham from Bruce

Its happened to all of us. Im a believer that things happen for a reason. If he isnt your chameleon, another will come your way when it is available. It is up to you to make it happen though.

I'm sorry. That sucks when things like that happen. Maybe it'll be different this time, and he'll still be there when you get the money

Oh no that really sucks! I'm sorry about your situation. You can maybe call them and see if you can pay for half of it and see if they put it on hold for you. You should try to figure something out with them. And if you don't end up getting him maybe it was just meant to be I'm sure you will find the right little guy! Good luck!

I agree. That's what finally calmed me down. If it is meant to happen.. it will. Maybe he is my guy, maybe he isn't. It's almost like when you walk in somewhere and just fall in love with a puppy. You are then determined to get him/her no matter what. I just saw a picture of him and fell in love.

That's great news! I wasn't sure if Screameleons would do that or not. I will email them today and see what they say. The total cost is $450 plus shipping. I currently have about $200 but also need to live for the next two weeks. I get paid on the 1st and will be able to pay them off. I will email them back tonight and see what they say. Yes it is difficult. I'm not sure if I will be getting much sleep tonight. Lol. I just sent Screameleons and email about putting a down payment on him. They are very good about getting back, so I'm sure I'll have a reply first thing tomorrow. I really couldn't decide between them or Kammer's. I'm more interested in a full blood Amilobe, so I think that swayed my vote. They are both amazing places and it was really a flip of the coin. I really hope it works out and I can get the blue/red bar. His sire is beyond handsome. And I'm really picky when it comes to Chameleons. It will be a bit harder this time around because Bodhi has the mister across the room from the Amilobe's cage. So I will probably have to manually mist until he gets an adult cage. But I'm willing to make sacrifices to expand my Chameleon family. My real family can't understand how I could pay that much money for an animal. I know if my cell breaks this will get brought up. Lol. But oh well.. I love it. And I swear this is my last one! I don't have room for more. But I probably won't be saying that a year from now. Haha! It never stops..
