hatchrite

hey i was wondering if any of you guys have used hatchrite incubation bedding? ihave some left over from my creted geckos and now i have a gravid panther and was wondering if that would work.

Short answer is yes. Many people have had good luck with hatchrite.

I have used it for leopard geckos and cresteds. It works for them so i would assume it works for chameleons.

I had some troubles with it. On the confusion that on the bag it says no moisture is needed...but apparently with chams adding moisture to it occasionally is important. Still waiting for some hatchlings... But I lost a clutch of veileds to what may have been dryness even though the humidity in the air was at a solid 80%.

I have four clutches incubating in this stuff.
No problems yet, so I can't argue.
I added some water to it because it seemed a bit dry.
Their is a member on the forum that uses it exclusively, so maybe she will say something about it.
She also told me to add some water to it.

I am using it but add a little water as well. It does seem dry out of the bag

It works GREAT!
I just had some translucent veileds hatch using it!!!!!!!!!!

Im using it for my panther clutch. Seems to hold humidity very well. I did not add water.
