Has anyone used and thinks repashy Superpig works?

My husband just bought some so we've started using it both on his dart frogs, as well as my 3 chams. We haven't used it for very long, but I mix it in with the Repashy SuperCal that I use to dust my chams' feeders. My chams have intense colors, but I haven't used it long enough to really tell if they have improved their coloration at all. What I will say is that I'm extremely impressed with all of the other Repashy products so have no doubt that this will work as well.

I use Dinofuel for color enhancement and can report my anecdotal satisfaction with the affect of color enhanchers on my chameleons. I have not used Superpig, but assume that it has similar color-enhancing ingredients, and you would see similar results.

I heear dino fuel is repashy superpig just re packaged, so if you claim it works it just mite. im getting a new cham soon so im considering using it was just curious if actually worked before getting it

Not true at all. Tom Kilgour makes DinoFuel and I believe DinoFuel preceded Superpig.

You need to refrain from throwing around bs claims about site sponsors without proof, it is highly irresponsible of you

wow chill out dude, its irresponsible of you to get so angry over something so little. its what the guy at the store said its not like a ridculous claim or anything, i just said i herd. chill out bro beans

Well your rite i just looked at the ingredients though most is similiar it is different. so your rite they are different, the guy i got my cham from said they where both the same and repackaged i didnt say it was true or anything i just said i herd. but they are different, you happy?? lol

I did not intend my tone to be angry, but rather, direct. I am glad you have done the research and corrected your claim. Research is best done before making the claim however, especially when it is in regard to a site sponsor. Folks come on this site for factual information and the standard is higher than "I heard it from some guy".

Sorry if I came off as harsh, but if I didn't say it, someone else would have.

haha its good, i had no idea it was a sponsor of the sight! i guess im not listening to that dude anymore....but either way im going to buy some soon. i may get getting a red and yellow panther and the raptor edition is specified for those colors. which one are you using?

I am using both, the raptor edition for my ambilobe and regular for my Nosy Be and Jackson.

Yeah, I got a little defensive because Tom is a great guy... I got my Nosy Be from him (my avatar) and he was really patient with all my questions in the beginning and extremely knowledgable. I know first hand that he mixes and grinds the ingredients himself :D

I have found very few people at petstores that are reliable sources of information on chameleons (no offense to anyone who works at a pet store, I know there are some good ones out there). I would always double verify any petstore claim here on the forums before trusting it.

Of course Superpig will work. Just read and research each ingredient and you will understand how & why it works. I am positive Repashy didn't spend years of research and development to make a product that didn't work.

DinoFuel may have similar ingredients and claims, but it is not the same. I am not sure who told you I repackage superpig in my own packages, but they simply lied. How could that possibly be cost effective? First, I would have to pay for superpig, then pay for my own labeling, agriculture licensing, packaging, etc. Do you see where I am going here? It simply wouldn't add up.

Thanks deadhd5 for the props and clarification to the OP.
