Hard yellow growth on my chameleon

:( First off hello reader, I have a senegal chameleon who has grown a hard yellow object on his side. It is no bigger than the tip of a ball point pen. I tried brushing it off but it is stuck on there good, and I am not going to use anymore force to try and remove it. He also has a single veiny looking object under his skin. I have looked and researched all over the internet trying to look for an answer to this. With the yellow growth i found nothing, but the veiny object I heard can be worms. But there's also another problem as much time as ive put into researching what's wrong i've also researched were I can find a veterinarian for reptiles. But it has been unfruitful, i've found no vet's anywhere near my area. If anyone knows what I can do, please please please let me know. I'm worried it may turn into something worse if not treated. If that is what it does, but again i'm unsure of what's going on. When I can figure out my phone I will upload a photo oh Yoshi(the sick? chameleon). In the meantime I am going to ask the reptile expert at my local Petextreme and see if she knows anyone or what to do. Thank you for your time.

Oakland is personally too far for me. You see i'm currently taking care of my 92 year old grandmother as well while my father works full time. I have no way of transportation to oakland either. :(:(:(

Oakland is where this branch of the organization of vets is headquartered. I find 2 vets listed in Sacramento.

No contact on the site and a google search reveals that's a home....so maybe try the other?

You're so very welcome.

Good luck! Please let us know how things are going. We get more emotionally invested in these stories than you might think.

Good news!!!

The growth has fallen off and the object under his skin has completely dissapeared! I went to my local PetExtreme and what I did was bought some "WORM GUARD by the maker NATURE ZONE" It's all natural. What I did was mixed in my Reptivite with D3 and made it a 50/50 mix. I also got a bowl and put lukewarm water in it, I dipped him in the bowl completely submerged all except for his head of course. After about 2 weeks went by I saw no sign of either problem. I did the water bath about 4 times. It really seemed to work. I especially want to thank everyone for there help with this. I very much appreciate it. Both me and my Fiance were starting to get very upset that our little baby Yoshi was going to get worse and pass. But that's not the case!!! :D
I'm going to add a picture of the little guy so you can all see him :)
