She does seem happy in her enclosure i turn her lights on at 9 in the morning and turn them off at 8 at night! i spray her leaves 3 times a day. i would like to know if there is anything else that i need ? When i try to take her out sometimes she seems to try and run away and hide is this just beacause she is scared ? Any help would be much appreciated thanks.

Chameleons very rarely like to be handled, they are more of a display animal.

Are you sure she is a little girl?

What are the temperatures reading in your enclosure? It is easy to cook your cham in a exo so you need to be careful to get it right :)

I would add some live plants in there to help with the humidity and personally i think they look nice :)

well i have a digital thermo on his basking spot and that stays at around 31. When everything is of it is at around 24 does that sound about ok ? Is the tissue at the bottom ok for now or is there some sort of substrate i should put at the bottom ? thanks

no substrate. Paper towels are just fine. They also help to absorb water on cage floor and help keep humidity up. What size basking bulb are you using? Are u using supplements? You should have calcium without d3 to use daily. Then get calcium With D3 to use twice a month. good luck.

im using the komodo premium insect dusting powder. It is a 40 watt bulb i think but it keeps the basking area at 31c. Is there anything else that i could buy that would also be good for her ? thanks
