Gutloading Worms

I was curious about gutloading worms. Waxworms, and mealworms in particular. I buy them in those little plastic tubs of 50 at a time. What is the best way to feed them? Should i just stuff some veggies in the little tub? Also, what should i use for gutload?

Larvae in nature feed on pollen, honey and beeswax in honeybee combs.

I don't keep mealworms...so I don't know what to tell you.

Mealworms eat just about any vegetable or fruit you throw in, i even sprinkle my crickets gut load and oatmeal in thier dish and they eat that all up. I usually keep an orange slice in there and/or a wet paper towel for hydration.
