I gutload my crickets with a variety of greens (dandelion, kale, collards, endive, escarole, etc.) and veggies (carrots, squash, zucchini, sweet potato, sweet red pepper, celery leaves, etc.)
Just remember if you gutload with a commercial product to take into consideration what is in them in the way of phosphorous, calcium, preformed vitamin A and vitmain D3 so that there is still a balance.
