Alfalfa is inexpensive. Most pet supply places will sell it as a hay bedding for rodents, if you cant find it elsewhere. It is good for protein and vitamin K, among other things.
Dandelion leaves may grow free as a weed in your garden, if you have one. Good source of b vitamins, calcium, and more
Mustard greens and kale are inexpensive and good choices.
The occassional handful of raw sunflower seeds or sesame seeds are good and also not expensive. Providing magnesium, b vitamins and more.
If you can, consider sprining for a little powdered kelp. Its got good amounts of magnesium, iodine, calcium and more.
My favorite to recommend is butternut squash - I read on the forum that it was high in calcium, and now I always have some in the fridge. Just buy one, it'll last for ages.........

You can gutlaod/feed crickets, superworms, etc. a wide assortment of greens (dandelions, kale, collards, endive, escarole, mustard greens, etc.) and veggies (carrots, squash, sweet potato, sweet red pepper, zucchini, etc.).
