The dry portion of a gutload can include (blend with a coffee grinder or food processor): Alfalfa; Whole Grain Total Cereal; spirulina; bee pollen; organic raw sunflower seeds; dried seaweed/kelp/dulse; oats; small portions of oak leaves; Powered Egg; almonds; brazil nuts; wheat germ; hemp seed; fig powder; high quality monkey chow; quality cereals... (dont use dog food, cat food, fish flakes or cheap monkey food and be cautious of iguana and other animal pellet diets)
