Gutload Accident

i accidently forgot to gutload my crickets last night they have been eating rice crispies then at night i take 10 and feed them collard greens carrots and apple slices anyways i took dusted the crickets and put them in and when he started eating them i realized that i forgot to gutload will my cham be ok?

He'll be fine. But after that, just don't let him stay-up late and watch Jay Leno tonight .

Eating gutloaded insects has more to do with long-term effects rather than changes from one day to the next. It would be like someone eating popcorn at the movies rather than their usual bag of carrots .
