Gut loading help!

I just read on a care sheet here that the time after you gut load your feeders you should wait no more than 12 hours to feed the chameleon. What is the shortest time to wait after gut loading the feeders to feed the Cham? What is a good time?

I assume the shortest time to wait would be as soon as the food is eaten..

I have no clue though. I also assume it doesn't really matter.

feeder prey should be gutloaded from at least 24 hours (Preferably longer) prior to feeding off, right up until you do feed them off to the chameleon. I suggest constantly providing the feeder prey with good gutload food. IMHO your best not to leave the prey unfed for more than a couple hours prior to feeding off.
