Gut load help

So I'm planning on ordering some of the Dino fuel gut load and I just wanted to know how I should go about giving it to the crickets. And also what about giving it horn worms silk worms and Dubia. And how often I have a 7 month old Jackson and a year old veiled thanks!

i just sprinkle a little on veggies and friut and offer it to the feeders that way

Okay cool any suggestions as to what fruits and veggies to offer?

i like to use kale colard greeans, oranges, apples, carrots, and squash to name a few.
oh and dandlion they like dandiloin

Okay I will have to go pick up supplies, and I can feed the worms and roaches this stuff along with the crickets?

u can feed the roaches and most worms the same. silks need mullberry chow and horn need a hornworm chow or mullberry chow. i keep my butterworms in the fridge and dont feed them, and i like bug burger as well.
