In birds it can point to psitticosis. However whether it is the same with chameleons we don't know. I don't think chameleons can get psitticosis. However they can get other prozoans and parasites. Does his feces smell really bad? When my chameleon had parasites, I knew when he pooped just when I was out in the hall. That's when I knew I needed to get him treated for parasites.

Getting a fecal done would be a good idea. Even if it does not tell you why his poop is green at least you can rule out parasites and stuff.
Looks like from something he ate. Partially undigested food possibly?

Lol No but guys he had just started eating roaches so maybe that's it, and where would I find a place that does fecal descriptions on reptiles

You can call and ask vets around you if they do reptile fecals.
