It's a glass tank for now I'm actually in the process of building her a large screen enclosure! I'm kind of a newbie at this and I just want to make sure she isn't ready to lay eggs or anything. If she is I'll have to set up a laying bin pronto!

Yeah, I think she wants a taller enclosure with more foliage in there. She might not be gravid, but I think she is old enough to lay so you should get a laying bin just in case anyway.
She is only 6 months old and we had originally had some substrate in there, we actually are getting it out since I've been told it's better to just put newspaper on the bottom so they don't end up eating the substrate and for hygienic reasons of course. I'll be able to post pictures of the tank later.
Ya glass cages without ventilation can cause respiratory infection and she might just be trying to climb up the side of the cage. Also I use paper towels it makes it easier to clean there cage.

Whenever we feed her we let the top stay off for a little and always try to get her to come out for a bit so she can do some climbing but she hasn't been very cooperative. If I can get the cage done like I plan today then she will be in a 2'x2'x4' and much happier!
Make sure you have a laying bin for her that is at least 12" deep filled with washed playing sand so if she ever needs to lay she'll have a place to lay them.
