Gravid female?

What are some sure fire ways to know a female is pregnant? Better yet I'll tell you what she's doing! Just got them beginning of the week there a year old they have been housed together for awhile owner told me they were cool together! But he wasn't sure if they had hooked up yet! So now her stomach is huge she's displaying dark colors and won't let the male anywhere near her and she's hanging out alot towards the bottom of the cage and near the potted plant any ideas?

Separate them. Post pictures of both. The male may be very stressed out from the female if they are in a typical store bought cage. The female is probably gravid. Set up a laying bin now. Make sure she is well hydrated and well fed with lots of calcium. She may stop eating and start roaming more before she lays them. She may dig many test holes and finally decide on one. Do not watch her. I mean it. Don't let her see you or she may abandon the hole. That may lead to egg binding and either a very large vet bill or her death. After she is done offer lots of water and well gutloaded food with extra calcium for a few days. Then begin to cut back on her food to prevent more clutches (to prolong her life.)

Yes I already seperated them! I was thinking that she's all over the place what's the easiest way to set up a lay box as far as with top soil or what?

I personally use a 50/50 blend of playsand and black earth. Your laying bin should be approx 12"deep. I use a plastic deskside garbage container. you want to keep the sand mixture moist enough that you can dig to the bottom without it collapsing. Also if your cham goes in it and starts digging give her complete privacy or she may abandon her hole and could eventually become eggbound.

Now she has already started digging in her plant an has a couple holes should I just let we be to avoid stressing her out by putting her in a garbage can

If you're okay with her digging up your plants then leave her. Make sure not to watch!

Yeah totally fine with her digging up her plant and she is being a bitch now!! I put crickets in this morning and she said forget it so I started rounding them up so they wouldn't bother her and she was all types of upset

just let her be for now. sometimes she will make "test holes". If this is the case, and when she stops digging and comes back up, then you can transfer to a laying container.
If her mind is set about using the plant container, let her do it. Not sure how much you mist, but if there is a chance that too much water will go into the soil, you can put up a shield (plate or something) above the plant to keep the water from going into the soil.
