Grasshopers and flies

In an attempt to add some variety to my Veiled diet I have been looking at flies and grasshoppers to add something new. Since my veiled is only a baby I think I may wait on the grasshoppers but would like to know now if they are okay, here's the link http://www.amazon.com/gp/feature.html?ie=UTF8&docId=1002052531 and as for the fruit flies do you think either the blue bottle flies http://www.backwaterreptiles.com/feeders/blue-bottle-fly-larvae-for-sale.html or the Flightless fruit flies are okay http://www.backwaterreptiles.com/feeders/fruit-flies-for-sale.html thanks

Chameleons will only eat live feeders so those grass hoppers are out but you might be able to catch some is you know of a pesticide free area to look.

Flies are excellent for young veileds. House flies would be good for right now and then the bigger blue bottles a little later. I buy my flies at themsntisplace.com

Okay thanks yea I sort of realized that right after asking:D Do you know anywhere to get some live grasshopers?

Mantids are a good substitute for hoppers. Silkworms, hornworms, superworms, and moths are pretty available in our state. (I assume our state UVA Hoos in name) How about that baseball team, this year! :D

I know I was so happy I though Vandy was gonna do it in 3 even after we took game two but yes I am from Virginia and I had no idea grasshoppers were illegal I'll try with the praying mantis

Nick Barta sells various Stick bugs also, depending on your cham size. Might want to ask for appropriate size. I just buy cheap mantids, usually like from Bug Sales on Amazon. Blue Bottle flies and Household flies mixed with 3-5 superworms a week helps to vary the diet some. (I knew they would win this year, last year. They seem to have a good team year to year. I watch a lot of local high school games in area (Hampton Roads). Colleges and MLB seem to be using a lot of our local guys lately. The Vandy games were definitely a sweater)
