Is this gout or MBD? I think it's gout and am going to make a vet appointment, but I wanted some expert opinions. I had her at the vet last week because she had worms, the swelling started in her toes and has moved to the wrists and ankles also a few bumps on her tail she gets calcium every feeding, I showed the vet and she said it was probably lack of calcium from not eating because of the worms but it has since gotten worse and her eating has decreased once again and she is loosing weight again. She hasn't been drinking much and I try to get her to drink. She doesn't use her back legs really when walking.
