Got my new 4 1/2 month old Ambanja Panther from Matt Vanilla Gorilla. Love how he packages them. He even sent me an eggshell - gonna have to start a baby book lol :) He ate a bunch of crickets and a hornworm within 15 minutes of being in his new cage. That's hornworm guts on the side of his mouth lol.

He is soo beautiful !!! He looks like he made himself right at home . What a good sign eating like that so quick. Did you freee range or cup feed him?

On his first night before he started exploring the cage he spent the night on the top Branch out in the open. But last night since I have the lights going off in sequence, he figured out bedtime was coming and he slept behind this waterfall of foliage which is what I had hoped I'd hoped he would do. I'm still working on a name for him.

That is awesome! I cannot even see him. I will be setting mine up starting tomorrow night and I am so excited. That is what I want to create a couple of different areas of glens where he can escape at different levels within. I really like how you did the branching and vining. I feel like i "overpurchased" vines and branches, and I don't want to overclutter, but I really want him to have the ease of going up and down and across at any location within and that looks like what you accomplished with yours. NICE JOB! I was looking at my scheffelera this morning thinking , wow, that is really big, and it has grown this week so I hope it is not too much, but I think the balance of climbing around the greenery, even through the greenery which was my plan would be like a "mini jungle" for him. I don't want him to get bored only having a few different locations to "chill on" so to speak. Anyway, I really like what you did here! I think I am naming my little guy "Otto". This may change but that is the name for now.
