For anyone who knows me or cares, LOL, I got married on Friday. Been with my sweetie for 13 years and we finally decided to tie the knot.

So Just a little FYI for all you folks out in lala land Hope your turkey day was enjoyable.
 
Congratulations! I hope you will both be very happy for many more years than the 13 you already have under your belts!

I just have to ask, how did you and your sweetie move around enough the day after Thanksgiving to get married ;)

Well, that's very cool! Congratulations. You won't regret the Thanksgiving "timeframe" wedding...some years your anniversary will be Thanksgiving, others it won't but you'll always know when it's coming up because everyone will be talking about it. I just celebrated my 19th anniversary so know all about the "Thanksgiving connection."
 
My husband is awful at remembering important dates, so I'm guessing he will remember the day after Thanksgiving more then he will remember Nov. 26. As for moving around after Turkey day, I fed 11 people at my house and have this awful cough! Got it on Monday and still have it 1 week later. DH has it also. Maybe one of these days we will be able to have a honeymoon. LOL

Thank you all for your well wishes. Honeymoon has to wait until babies are all at their new homes and I find a responsible babysitter for my adults.
 
What, I live a half hour from you and wasn't invited??? ;) lol!!!!! Congratulations and many more happy years together now as husband and wife.

PS-i will be willing to help out with your chams when you need to go to Fiji for your honeymoon:p:D ( i am only 5 min away) :)
 
Big congrats! Now tell the truth, did you get up at 3am and stand in line? Just kidding. He will have no excuse to forget the annivesary date - way to go girlfriend. Life only gets better from here, and take Clea up on that cham sitting.

i wish for you both a long and happy marriage, after 13 years already :eek:....i hear the MOST important thing in marriage is a "sense of humor":p:cool:.....lol
