Goodbye Charlie

Charlie was 4 years old. He was my first panther. He had been fighting some type of illness since 18 months. Near the last few months he would not eat or drink . We never found out what was wrong with him.

Sadly I feel like I failed him. He was too young. I have 2 others that are 2 1/2 and 2 years old. I worry about them now.

I will miss you charlie.

yes jann i do. she is very good. the only thing that seemed wrong with him was his phosporus was slightly elevated. we used binder and i made sure to gut load with high calcium foods.

near the end no matter how much he ate. he never gained weight.
