Good worms, bad worms?

Looking at one of our advertisers here, I'm looking at their list of worms. So many I get confused with which ones are the good ones, which ones are not so good for chams. Here’s the ones I remember form their list. Which ones would you feed your cham and which would you rather avoid? Do you need to gutload any (or all) of them?

Superworms

Mealworms

Phoenix Worms

Waxworms

Butterworms

Silkworms

Hornworms

Phoenix
Silk
Hornworm
Butter worms
are going to be the best
Should Also add that the silkworms and hornworms require a special food for each and you don't have to feed the Phoenix or butter worms these two are the highest in calcium as well
Wax worms are pointless except for a treat,
superworms are ok can be gut loaded but because of their harder exoskeleton chams can have a hard time digesting them if fed as a staple feeder leading to impaction but they're ok every few days
It's good to rotate out yours chams food so it doesn't become bored with what it's eating and gets a better more rounded diet

Superworms

Mealworms

Phoenix Worms

Waxworms

Butterworms

Silkworms

Hornworms

Super worms only as a treat

Meal worms not too many not all that good for ur cham

Phoenix worms these are good

Waxworms only as a treat very fatty!

Butter worms Only as a treat i think

Silkworms are very good for your cham provide extra hydration aswell and easy to breed :D

Not sure about hornworms
Hope this helps :)

Phoenix worms great for Cham packed calcium

Horns are great beceause they are hearty and hydrate very well

Supers only as a treat

Mealworms not at all really they are too hard shelled

Silks are great can be used as a staple along with Phoenix and crickets

Butters only as a treat because they are fatty

All of those must be hit loaded with the exception of the Phoenix as it is a super nutrient packed worm and has a pretty balanced diet which Chams like but any of the rest of them must be fed and gut loaded for nutrient packing or else most are almost useless
