There's a really good chameleon vet in Fairfax that I highly recommend. I'll get you his info.

Dr Stahl and his staff are excellent. Several members here have use Dr. Stahl for many years including one Parsonii keeper.
If you can't get to him you can call around and check out these reptile vets. I'm not sure which ones are good with chameleon except Brad Waffa and he just moved to NC.

i can drive to fairfax if its an emergency but theres one in fredericksburg. which is about 30 min away, is it good?

I don't know anyone that uses Hartwood Animal Hospital. You will just have to call them and ask.
The only two that I know with chameleon experience is Dr. Stahl from members here on the forums and Dr. Brad Waffa because he's a friend of mine.
