good secondary food?

I have a 3 month old carpet that I have been feeding crickets to. I was wondering what would be a good secondary food for him.

like a treat? mealworms? depending on age superworms fruit flies just look at the recourses section and food

Aim to have as much variety as possible.
appropriately sized Silkworms, butterworms, gutloaded superworms, roach nymphs, stick insects, terrestrial isopods...
