I don't think a compact bulb will be strong enough to penetrate the height of the chameleon cage. We have lots of posts in the forum archives with plant light options. Folks here love Sansi. Some options are here too:

That light would have to be extremely close to the plants to be of any use. If you have a standard 4ft tall cage get a 6500k led strip light (Arcadia jungle dawn)... or 6500k T5s (vivosun quad fixture).

Do you have your jungle dawn on the screen of your cage?

I went the vivosun route but if I wanted LEDs would go jungle dawn. The key is having high PAR 6500k.
