Jeez I forgot how BIG hornworms get!! I got the "baby" hornworm cup a few weeks ago, and they were small enough to feed my pygmies, and now some are so large I don't think my panther and veiled can even eat them! As soon as they started getting big enough I've been feeding them off as fast as I can since I knew they get huge, but man alive! As long as my middle finger and fatter than my thumb all the way down. They made my young box turtles flee in terror when I offered them one! And I've seen them try to chase mice. Not pinkies, full grown field mice!

Haha. My veiled will tackle them. I don't like feeding them to him because he makes a huge goopy mess in order to actually swallow them. That's when you need a mellers!

Haha yea!
The first time I got them, i was aww, so cute..
I was able to feed two off to Kermit before they got to big for him.
And While Kink can eat them, it takes him like 10 minutes!
Ive found if you keep them at a cooler temp that it will slow the growth.
Just dont stick them in the fridge.
