Going to bed early?

I have noticed that my Cham will take himself to bed early. Irbid goes to bed before his light fully goof does that mean there is any health problem. He is eating great about 10-15 crickets a day and maybe a few wax worms. He is active and his redcap looks normal. The only reason I ask is because I have been noticing him go to is sleeping spot around 6ish. His lights come on at 7am and the he hat bulb turns off at 7 Pm and I usually leave the UVB bulb on a lil longer because he is in front of a window and the sun doesn't go down till after 8. Sinker me know what ur thought r on my Cham taking himself to bed alilearly.

Is he just going down to his sleeping spot or does he actually have his eyes closed? My guys go down to their spot at least an hour ahead of time but have their eyes open until lights go out. If your guy is just going down to his spot and keeping his eyes open then that's normal.

Yea I am pretty sure he has his eyes open when he heads to his spot. I will double check but the few time I looked at him he was looking at me like leave he alone I am resting and going to bed soon. A hahaha
