Gnat problem

my bioactive enclosure is- uh- developing a gnat problem.
I don't have chams in the enclosure yet to snack on them so instead the gnats are snacking on my sanity.
Should I go ahead and try some sugar water techniques to get rid of them? Or can I trust the population will grow too large, die out, and balance itself?
I'm dying here

I put a Venus flytrap in my bioactive and it has eaten all the gnats. I have also heard sundews are good for this.

You need more air flow place a PC fan somewhere on top to circulate the air. High humidity plus stagnant air will cause you to get gnats.

Try a cape sundew, aka drosera capensis.
