OK ! i know Glass cage should never be use....but i have a 3'x2x1,8' glass vivarium and i want a rudis OR carpet OR jackson Cham, then my question is, IF i put a small pc fan on the top of the glass terrarium to provide more vent, it will be ok ????

Tank design aside, the size is very minimal for your chosen species IMHO. The smaller the useable space the harder it will be to provide a gradient of temp and humidity your cham will require and have enough sheer space for your live plants. The cham will need to live in the plant structure basically so you want to offer the largest plants possible.
This size could work very well for a group of pygmy chams.
