Giving in to hunger strike

Okay, it’s been 4 days since Lloyd has eaten anything other than a house fly ? not fed to him by me, and although Lloyd is at a very healthy weight, I need him to be eating so he’s getting his vitamins! I didn’t want to feed crickets so I’ve only been offering Dubias and worms but the other day a fly flew into the cage and he ate it right up! I’m thinking he likes the hunt so would crickets be a good option to try?
I’m mostly concerned about how to transfer the crickets from the holding bin to the enclosure because i want to avoid lose crickets. I’m not a fan ?
Any advice or help! Lloyd is a 6month old so I know he should be eating everyday. I’ve filled out husbandry and it’s posted on my page. Thank you!

So what you can do, is buy a feeder cup, and put the crickets in there. They cannot climb up on the sides. I will attach a photo in my next thread of what to look for

You could also make your own feeder cup by cutting up an old plastic juice container.
