when i first got my veild she did not have the stubs on the back of her feet......this morning she shed and i noticed little nubs on the back of her feet...is this normal. do males feet evolve later?????

The spurs are visible from day one.
Perhaps you did not notice them before, or you are seeing something different?
How old is the animal? The spurs are very small at hatching ... like a little pimple.

If there's a spur its a male...females don't have them.
