Giant 5lb Chameleon!

We went to an art fest today here in town and while wondering around we found a large ceramic chameleon! I forget the process of how it was made, the name of it anyway, but I thought it was rather cool so we took a few pictures to share with you all. It is now hanging inside the reptile room standing guard ready to zap loose food.

It was $150...not too bad considering it is all hand made and it's beautiful! I found it and I was so excited! I was like, we HAVE to have this for the reptile room! We got another littler chameleon from another guy too...I'll have to take a picture of that one too. I'll have to look for the people's card now...I can't find it...hopefully we have it somewhere!

Chad- Very cool. Looks like it was made in a Raku kiln...does that sound correct? Where was the art show?

Raku, thats it! ! ! The art show is on Water St. Downtown Henderson, 2-3 min from my house. Its going to 5 today I think, next time you guys are down in SoHendo give us a call. They do it every year Mothers day weekend. Art in the park in Boulder City is in the fall, that is the mother of all art shows and is SUPER cool! Check ur PM box.
