Georgous Gravids

Please excuse the hands...my little ones are growing up. I have two of my F2 girls gravid. Just look at the beautiful colors of this one-taken seconds apart. This is why I never seemed to move on from lats-ha.

I just love carpets! They will be my next purchase. I could kick myself for not buying a non-related pair for $60 each, and the female was already gravid! She was beautiful.

Thanks guys! The WC's are a pain but those unrelated CH'd ones being sold lately look like they are a great deal. Really pretty ones too. As far as gravid coloration shows, this female was bred three times in 5 days & adopted gravid colors on the 6th day. I've had females that bred for the first time and showed it within hours...it all depends on the female I guess.

I just put two of mine together today. They went at it right away. Do you remove the male and re introduce them over the 5 day period. Or I guess until she is showing unreceptive colors?

Kevin; your critters and your passion for the lateralis lateralis never cease to amaze me. Wonderful pics!

Cheers,

Trace!!! I miss talking to you! I have to PM you (I seem to have lost your email). I'll get to that by Saturday I promise :)

Ryan,
As far as breeding, just separate afterwards and re-introduce them the next day. You'll know when she's unreceptive! Well, usually...though this particular group is unusually docile, even unreceptive females.
