gender of my veiled chameleon

Hi! i attached a picture of my veiled chameleons back foot, could anyone tell my if he/she is a boy or girl? also, if it is a girl, will she lay eggs even if there isn't a male? Thanks!

okay, how often do they lay eggs? how can i know when they are about to lay them? what should i do to prepare her? thanks for the quick response!
