I posted here a while ago when my Ambanja went on a hunger strike. So, by trial and error I found that he will eat silkworms, butterworms and green banana roaches and an occasional locust if I starve him. Banana roaches are ridiculously expensive here.. about £1 each, so I can't really buy them very often. I don't know what else to do cause he is just not interested in anything else. Crickets, dubias, lobsters.. nothing catches his attention. He just ignores them.
He didn't eat for 3 weeks then ate 1 locust and now not eating again.. unless I get him banana roaches, he would eat those all day. But if he doesn't get them, he prefers bark to locust or crickets.
Any ideas? I don't want to starve him for long cause I'm afraid of liver failure.
