Fruits and Veggies for Veiled Chameleons

Hey everyone just curious what fruits and veggies you find your chams like the most. My new veiled is going to town on my pathos (she had never seen a live plant prior to me owing her and she is 7-8 mons) and I want to offer some other stuff to hopefully save the plant or at least slow her down on it

I recommend all sorts of veggies- mainly leafy greens but other veggies that have been shredded are good too. Take a look online at guidelines for feeding green iguanas or bearded dragons for ideas.

My little guy doesn't like veggies but yesterday I offered him blueberry and I must say he loves it! :) But with the skin on it always stuck on the roof of his mouth so I peel it.

thanks everyone for all the suggestions I will definitely have to try the blueberries along with other stuff. Hopefully she will decide she likes that better than her poor plant :)

Are they a healthy option or just a treat? Can they be fed daily? Which are okay

Most of the same veggies that veileds will eat, but good luck getting a panther to eat them. Strawberries, blueberries, leafy greens like romaine, collard/mustard/dandelion greens, all can be fed. Just no spinach or broccoli. ;)

You can try and offer them every couple of days to see if he will eat them or not. Fruits are more of a treat because of the sugar.
