Fruit fly larvae stopped moving??

I purchased 6 fruit fly producing cultures. 1 of the 6 wasn't moving at all, I thought they were dead. The other 5 were moving great. I checked the 1 that I thought was dead later and saw a few barely inching around. I checked the fruit flies last night as well as today and now in 5 new cultures no larvae are moving at all! Anyone know what the problem may be? Should I spray them a little with water? When they arrived, it looked like the box may have been flipped upside down and a lot of larvae ended up on toward the top and on the lid.

I have another fruit fly cup that I purchased separately, it's in the same room.. all the larvae in that one is moving fast and doing well so I don't think its the temperature..
