Fruit Fly culturing!?

I just tried a recipe i found on here that included:

white vinegar/water 50-50
instant mash potatoes
sugar
nutritional yeast

I was just wondering if anyone knows id this is a pretty good recipe that would produce a lot of feeders for my lil pygmies?

I use a very similar recipe and it works great. You can add oatmeal or flax also. There are millions of recipes but this has worked great and it's relatively inexpensive.
