Last time I got lots of responses, but I'm going to make this clear he is a 3 year old panther from lancecham. He recently has gotten what I believe is rot mouth and a eye infection on his right eye (maybe from the rot mouth). He moves, eats and drinks like normal besides the issues I mentioned. This is why he is free, I want him to go to someone who will take him to a vet to get better, I started a new job 6 months ago and work up to 15 hours a day so I literally have no time to nourish him to back to health. I'm doing this for him so he can be taken better care of, I don't want to end up euthanizing him and I feel he got this way from my recent neglect. He is still strong and this are not life treating issues he has.
Only response if you are willing to get him treatment by a vet and have the time for him, as we all know chameleon require lots of care.
