Hey I dont read the language, just what it looked like to me
Just keep giving it water.
Let it get uvb/sunlight every day
Dust its feeders with calcium
Feed the grasshoppers and roaches greens and fruits
Thats just basic info, the water is really important right now.
You will need to do alot of research, this site is good for that.
As Trace said, thats not a veiled chameleon, but an Chamaeleo africanus.
I personally have no idea how to care for it specificaly. You can search for care guides for that species specificaly. Maybe someone else who keeps them will help. Give it lots of water, and give it lots of water. Thats my advice. It looks dehydrated, and malnurished. It doesnt look as bad as it sounded though. Good luck!

If you live in Egypt, DO NOT use tap water for your chameleon to drink. The water there isn't the cleanest and can have bacteria that can harm even US.
