Food Source

So i thought this would be a good thread to start for everyone to list what they feed there chams. also give a little info on what food to feed out chams.

Now we all know variety is key in feeding out chameleons, but what are some good feeders that can be a staple diet in a chams feeding and which are not good as a staple diet and should only be fed on occasion? Info for all of use would be great!

Also, for all of you that have been asking for a nutritional value chart... i found this.

Good stuff, and yes, you can't go wrong on Sandras blog - loads of good info.
Personally I feed mostly crickets and locusts to Rinty because he's fussy.He's refused all silkworms and stick insects for months. He actually ate a roach last week and I was amazed. He's going to get a few mealworms on his hatchday on Saturday. Jasmine eats a bit of everything, she's a very good girl
For gutload I mostly use Repashy bug burger with added bee pollen and Spirulina (I call it Sweet Green Bug Burger ). Lots of fresh fruit and veg too of course.
